The shower pressure was terrible. It barely trickled. the hairdryer was old. The cable was broken and taped. also, i noticed a service room near reception always had its door open, exposing mops and buckets, it seemed unprofessional.

the location offered easy access to many attractions. the staff provided useful information for local restaurants and transportation options. I particularly enjoyed how close it was to the main square. A taxi arrived directly at the hotel entrance from the canal.

the selection was limited during breakfast. The breakfast room felt quite cramped, it. our room was a bit stuffy, even with the air conditioning running.

I found the staff helpful. They arranged a water taxi directly to the hotel! this was especially useful with luggage and made arrival seamless. my room was spacious. It accommodated three people comfortably, a real plus. i also greatly enjoyed the hotel bar's cosy atmosphere where i sampled a peach bellini.

Though the hotel is central, some noise from the square reached my room. Closing the windows helped, but the sound lingered slightly.

The reception area is very modern. It beautifully reflects the elegance of the past. the hotel provided thoughtful touches, such as dental kits with mini toothpaste. These are nice additions for travelers.
